How will it be chosen? Well, I'm the sole judge of whatever appeals to me more, so if you're a person who's very scared of rejection, I would advise not to take this too seriously, because it's not! I admit my judgement is illogical, biased, and very unacceptable, so enter with caution!
The drawing itself won't be a character reference sheet, but rather just a normal-looking piece that features your idea in action.

The character's role.What does she do? Does she just sit in the house all day making nonsensical journal articles on art websites? Is she a robot who wishes to become a real girl? She wouldn't qualify here then!
Distinct appearance traits you'd want to see.This is where you splurge about what you think your character should look like. Want eyes as big as melons? State it then! (Such an idea would be denied)
A personality summary. Please only state the dominant traits you wish to be seen displayed. I know it's well and all to have someone who's oh so not-one-dimensional, but it's confusing too!
Boob size. Yes, when it comes to me, this is necessary. For your sake. Seriously. Just go big... or small... medium... medium big... or whatever!
A quote you'd see this character saying.If she's a mute, give her a pen.

Again, I'm the only person who's going to be deciding which idea appeals to me more. So if the idea of that doesn't appeal to you, then too bad! I'd really recommend just checking my stuff to see what I'm actually comfortable with, and more inclined, and motivated to do. The more we're on the same wavelength, the better the chances that your idea will be chosen!
...Though don't just come up and say "Hey ViViVooVoo, do this pantless Pokemon girl with BIG BOOBS" because that's just cheating.
Depending on how well this goes, I may do more of these, so let the ideas flow!
